Tagalog Kids+ teaches Filipino to students of all ages with 30-minute (kids) or 45-minute (adult) classes once a week.

Tagalog Kids+ was the FIRST to provide online Tagalog language and Filipino history/culture classes to students all over the world!

SPRING SESSION 2

6-WEEK SESSION STARTING MAY 2023

No Classes on May 23-29 for Memorial Day


30-minute weekly online session for children: $8 per class
45-minute weekly online session for adults: $11 per class

Our Tagalog curriculum engages students in speaking, listening, and writing. Students will reinforce speaking and listening comprehension through conversation and discussion, music, videos, and games. The curriculum is focused on teaching beginning Tagalog and the Filipino culture in a fun yet challenging way. Registration includes home support materials to reinforce learning at home.  All are welcome! No knowledge/exposure to Tagalog is needed to begin our program. Our classes will also include a plethora of cultural lessons, and we run 6-week sessions continuously throughout the year!

  • 30-minute online classes for children, and 45-minute online classes for adults.

  • Classes are held online with a live teacher and no more than 8 - 9 students.

  • Class is held once a week for 6 weeks. The entire session includes 6 classes.

  • Classes are offered every day of the week.

  • Sessions for children ages 4-18 are $8 per 30-minute class and use the children’s curriculum

  • Sessions for adults (high schoolers welcome!) are $11 per 45-minute class and use a college-level curriculum

  • Sessions for Parent+Child taking the class together are $11 per 30-minute class and use the children’s curriculum

  • There is a 20% discount for each additional enrolled sibling (in a children’s class) or parent (adult class).

  • Private classes for 1 - 8 students can be scheduled by emailing info@tagalogkids.org to begin AT ANY TIME.

  • ADULTS (high schoolers are welcome!)

  • PARENT/CHILD COMBINED - Take a class with your child (age 3-11) and learn together as a team!

NEW STUDENTS: Join TEAM KABAYO to start with LEVEL 1. Always register with your same team in subsequent sessions. If you have previous Tagalog experience, you may take a placement test to determine your level. Once completed, we will look over your submission and give you your team placement.
